Westland Hotel Motel Whyalla

We only had time for one night in Whyalla and as it turns out the Westland Hotel Motel was a great choice for us. The rooms are a little tired but are clean and spacious for motel rooms. The attached hotel with restaurant is very convenient and there is a shopping center at the back of the hotel.

Meals both for both dinner and breakfast in the hotel were great and the overall atmosphere here was welcoming and pleasant. We all enjoyed our stay at the Westland Hotel Motel Whyalla

Hilton Motel Port Lincoln

We had one overnight stay at the Hilton Motel Port Lincoln on our trip back from Esperance to Adelaide. The Hilton Motel Port Lincoln is in a great location with plenty of hotels and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The rooms are modern and clean with plenty of space this property was a great choice for our stay.

The evening of our stay we walked along the waterfront and found a Thai restaurant which we all enjoyed and the following morning we had breakfast at a cafe located not far from where we had dinner the previous evening.

Border Village Nullarbor SA 5690

We drove right past the Eucla Hotel on our return trip and stopped at Border Village. This BP road house and accommodation is located on the South Australian side of the border with Western Australia with the Western Australian quarantine checkpoint meters down the road.

We had a small studio cabin each and were located steps away from the bar and restaurant were we had dinner that night.

Nothing flash but clean and neat this would be our recommendation of accommodation in this area.

Eucla Motel Eyre Highway Eucla WA

Prior to leaving we booked 2 rooms. We had inquired as to price and were quoted $140 per room and asked for 2 to be reserved. On arrival there were room options they had only one superior room @ the $140.00 and a standard room for $120.00. The person at the reception desk had absolutely no interest in our questions as to the differences so we took one of each.

Ceduna Foreshore Hotel Motel

We had actually booked and paid to stay at a different motel in Ceduna up near the highway but before we checked in we drove down to the waterfront and noticed the Ceduna Foreshore Hotel Motel. We thought that it was a shame we did not book this place then drove back up to our selected motel to check in.

Augusta Courtyard Motel

The Augusta Courtyard Motel was our first overnight accommodation stop after leaving Adelaide. The location was great with a pub for dinner almost across the road and an IGA supermarket opposite.

The rooms were clean and ours located at the rear of the complex. There was an outdoor covered area with a bbq for the use of guests. We were satisfied with this choice in accommodation.
