Arriving back into Sydney late on a long weekend Monday evening we realised our plan to catch a train home involved all stops and the train did not actually go all the way to our closest final station meaning we would have to supplement trains with taxi. Quickly checking expedia and then the hotel site direct we noticed Stamford Plaza had room only available for around $135.00, we have stayed at the Stamford Plaza previously and always found it to be good so we booked a room for the night.

Used a free night that had been accumulated with hotels.com to book a night with the new Mantra Hotel at Sydney Domestic Terminal area. The Mantra is a short walk from T2 and T3 although a lot of roadworks had made the walk longer than it used to be.

Rydges Sydney Airport 8 Arrivals Court Sydney International Airport is a very convenient property for accommodation that would suit anyone leaving the Sydney International Airport very early in the morning or arriving later in the evenings. This removes the stress of traveling in Sydney during peak times, especially when arriving for a departing flight. The hotel is located right outside the Sydney International airport terminal and we have previously used the property prior to early departures and when arriving back into Sydney International terminal late.

We used the Rydges at Sydney International Airport the night prior to an early departure to Hong Kong. We have stayed at this hotel before and it is recommended, especially for its location right across from the main entrance to the Sydney International Airport. This was the first time we had dined here in the evening and there was nothing to complain about there.

Have over the past year had need to park near Sydney Mascot Airport domestic terminal and following research online mainly based on an article by Australian Business Traveler Where to find the cheapest parking near Sydney Airport  have used Mascot Airport Parking in Sarah Street Mascot.

By choice an older motor vehicle was always used which has been owned since new in 2001. It was noted on several occasions after collecting the vehicle from Mascot Airport Parking that there were new minor scratches in the paint work along the sides of the car that had not been there previously.

The Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport, Mascot is located very close, just a short walk from the Sydney airport domestic terminal.

Our recent stay followed a late arrival back into Sydney from Brisbane. It is only 5 to 10 minutes walk from the Sydney domestic terminal to this hotel. The superior king room was modern, spacious, clean and quiet. The lounge area downstairs has a great atmosphere.

We will use this hotel in future when ever we require accommodation close to the Sydney Airport domestic terminal before or after a flight. This is a recommended hotel to consider.
